Bonjour, I am Chef Paul Benoit of the Hotel Palmer Hotel and hots
of Paul's Pot.  Please join me this week as I welcome to the BCN 
kitchen the Reigning King of Haute Couture, Vichy!  The visionary 
designer and I combine our rare French genius to prepare a 
spectacular supermodel feast guaranteed to keep those hungry 
runway girls going.

Our appetizer: a delicate tablette a dexedrine.

Potage: Soupe arien, 

Followed by the entree classique of the fashion world: 
breadsticks, with a side order of Gitanes.

For dessert, lemon pie, chocolate truffle cake with sugar 
sculptures, raspberry and sucrose tort with golden syrrup, 
chocalate eclairs, cream parfait with a dextrose topping, 
profiteroles, Eve's pudding, Mae's West, coconut sweetmeat, and 
more lemon pie!

Finally, the piece de resistance: (plume a la gorge) feather in 
the throat.
