KYLE:	I’m Kyle West.  Join me this Friday night for Sketches of 	
	Miles.  This week: Part 17, the Bummer Years.

SFX/ MUSIC:	Interior studio, Bad Trumpet being played.

TEO:	You want to take that again from the top, Miles?

MILES:	You want to go fuck yourself, Teo.

KYLE:	Miles was desperately searching for something new.  He 	
	found it in a syringe.

SFX:	POUNDING ON BATHROOM DOOR.

GIL:	Come on, Miles, how long you gonna be in there, man?

MILES:	I can’t go on, Gil, the smack got me too bunged up.

GIL:	I’ll go downstairs.

MILES:	O.k., man.  Thanks.

SFX:	BATHROOM DOOR CLOSES.

MILES:	Go fuck yourself.

KYLE:	There was only one way for Miles to go: electric!

SFX:	SOUND OF ELECTRIC SHOCK.

MILES:	Ow!  Motherfucker!

KYLE:	Miles!  Previously unreleased recordings of the Blue Funk 	
	Studio sessions.

MUSIC:	Get Up with It.

MILES:	Columbia motherfucker records, man, Teo, motherfucking 	
	whitey A & R no-talent motherfuckers... Where’s my 		
	motherfucking horn gone, man....
