DOUG:	THE BCN THING

PAUL:	I am home !  Merriest of Christmases !  Season's Greetings 
	of the highest possible order !  I love this winter weather !

	Phew, what a month it was in Africa.  And hot !  It is ... fantastic 
	being back from Oougubomba.  

	I didn't spend all my time working, managed a little gift shopping 
	along the way, some betel nut carvings from Duwhap, and in Burkina 
	Faso I picked up a shrunken head for Mom, she's always wanted one 
	of those.

	But I don't care how full the malls are, they look gorgeous after 
	being bombed and strafed in Africa and strip searched at every checkpoint 
	between Tenkodogo and Torbay.
