And a note on the municipal calendar. The gentleman who visited 
St. John's last week claiming to be the mayor of our twin city, 
Penzance, England, has turned out to be an imposter. But the 
real mayor of Penzance has said he will honour any invitations 
extended by the imposter. That shows some real class, I think.
