Health.  There appears to be a sufficient body of scientifically credible 
evidence to issue the following caution to all users of cellular phones ...

The Department of Highways is also issuing a warning.  Atmospheric 
conditions coupled with wet pavement are resulting in “ghosting” on 
the 678 South.  A mirage - type effect can present motorists with 
phantom vehicles.  Drive defensively in the area of 678 South.

In the Weather now, perpetual winter gloom for the weekend and 
continuing through until at least Wednesday.   

Newfoundland is in clutches of a severe out-break of the ChengTu Flu.  
This strain of influenza is not known for the severity of it’s symptoms, 
rather for it’s singular virulence and the duration of the suffering.  
The Department of Health asks that victims of the bug, give it at least 
a week before visiting a hospital. ... If I might, for once pipe in, for 
god sake if you’re ill stay home out of it
