Note: this is not a transcript, but a working draft of the script, so there may be differences in the aired version.
DOUG:	THE BCN THING, STOP SHORT OF MUSIC

DRUCY:	Good morning, my name is Drucy Maher.

As you may be aware, The Great Eastern's host, Paul Moth,
left St. John's twelve days ago aboard the Motor Vessel Moira,
bound for Oogoobomba in West Africa. Paul is creating one of
his famous audio diaries. His assignment this time, Newfoundland's
	single excursion into colonial waters.

The plan was we were to bring you that project today. However,
that won't be possible. We haven't heard from Paul since he left.

We know he arrived in Oogoobomba because he checked in to the room
booked for him. He also checked out. But that's all we know. We
have no further information. The prayers of all of us here at the
BCN go out to him. This is not a good season to be up the Bomba.

In place of his Oogoobomba Diary, we bring you Paul's Special
Report on the craze that is Economology. This was originally
	aired on November 30, 1996.

SFX:	POST WACKA-WACKA, THE PAUL PART OF THE INTRO
