Gerry began doing commissions for posters in the late 80’s, quickly becoming an indispensable part of the theatre scene in St. John’s and developing close relationships with companies like RCA Theatre and c2c Theatre, among others. He developed a reputation as a responsive and thoughtful collaborator whose design sensibility prized clarity and function above all.
